About the role

We are looking for a Services Consultant to work closely with our clients, leading implementation projects and ensuring value delivery through our solutions. This is a strategic role with strong exposure to international clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects of SoftExpert solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Translate client needs into system configurations and solutions within the platform
- Act in a consultative way, recommending process improvements and best practices
- Deliver training sessions and enable end-users
- Support client adoption, ensuring engagement and long-term success
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience with software implementation, consulting, or client-facing projects
- Strong analytical skills and business process understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English (you will work with international clients)
Nice to have
- Experience with management software (e.g., BPM, ECM, QMS, GRC)
- Background in industrial or regulated environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile)
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
