- To assist shift in charge in the event of any contingency at Terminal like bomb threat, unlawful seizure/hijacking of aircraft or any other act of unlawful interference with civil aviation operations.

- Exercise operational control over Black and Yellow Taxis and premium Taxi operators. Ensure that any operational issues between various taxi operators are amicably resolved without any disruption to the normal operations.

- Assist Shift In charge in Guarding/enforcement of access control at VIP parking at Terminal and other vital installations within the area of responsibility.

- Assist Shift In charge in Monitoring, checking & upkeep of the defined service level agreements by agencies operating under the land side management department at respective terminals.
