Fabrication Prep

Under close supervision, they are responsible for operating various machines during the fabrication process. Must operate using principles of self-balancing flow manufacturing and meet Bobrick/Gamco standards of safety, product quality, productivity and policies. The individual needs to constantly upgrade their job skills in keeping with changing technology. Employee is also responsible for working with the department lead person performing assignments and meeting the goal of objectives as directed by the Department Supervisor.
