Job Description

Advanced Practice Provider - Advanced Heart Failure - Piedmont Eastside Piedmont Heart Institute (PHI) is recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Advanced Heart Failure team at Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, Georgia. This is a full time position working mostly 10 hour shifts rotating in-patient and out-patient management of patients with heart failure, LVAD and heart transplant.
