Clinical Research Technician

Have you built your career in hospitality, retail, customer service, leisure, or a people focused role and are now looking for something more structured, rewarding, and with real career progression?  As a Clinical Research Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping bring new medicines to market while providing outstanding` care and support to the volunteers who take part in our clinical trials.  If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.  The Role  In this hands-on, people focused role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our volunteers throughout their clinical trial experience.  You do not need any previous clinical experience we provide a comprehensive training programme, delivered by our dedicated inhouse training team.  Key Responsibilities: You’ll be trained to:  Collect and accurately record high quality study data, following clear procedures  Carry out clinical procedures such as:   Blood pressure, pulse and temperature checks  ECGs / holter monitoring  Taking blood samples via venepuncture (fully trained)  Collect and process biological samples in line with study protocols  Complete quality checks on electronic and paper records  Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders  Always deliver a high standard of care and customer service to our volunteers  ✅ Immediate Life Support (ILS) training provided    Shift pattern  This is a full-time role with 24/7 shift rotation.
