Compensation Range: $48,331.25 - $54,571.88 year-round salary (DOE)

What You’ll Do
As a Middle School Math Teacher at Camelback, you will:
Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned to AMS curriculum standards through differentiation and standards-driven planning.
Support students performing below, on, and above grade level using proven instructional strategies and intervention tools.
Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in PLCs and grade-level teams.
Communicate consistently with families and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to support academic and behavioral goals.
Use measurable assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction for meaningful growth.
Support and reinforce a positive school environment that is structured, safe, and motivating for all students.
Use PBIS and restorative practices to develop student accountability, behavior skills, and socio-emotional growth.

Minimum Requirements
Ability to pass a background check and obtain a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
Strong lesson planning, behavior management, and analytical skills
Experience teaching or supporting rigorous math instruction preferred
Ability and willingness to implement a structured, proven instructional model
Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and equitable student outcomes
