Job Description
- Manage the North San Jose REWS portfolio. Coordinate global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional teams to integrate planning and workplace services while meeting budget and project timelines.
- Govern supplier performance and implement Bay Area improvement strategies. Partner with peers to ensure service delivery and set benchmarks for regional extended workforce partners.
- Nurture REWS partnerships with regional leadership, owning site strategy messages and building consensus. Collaborate with Engineering, People Ops, and Finance to ensure cohesive, service delivery across all essential and integrated organizational touchpoints.
- Manage workplace experiences (Facilities, Food, and Fitness) to support productivity and well-being. Partner with design to prototype and test hybrid innovations utilizing regional spaces.
