Level of Education and Discipline

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (or related)

Certification and/or Licenses

 

Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen

8+ years finance experience with a minimum of 5+ years financial planning / analysis, commercial / sales finance or accounting experience required. 

Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques required.

 

Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence

• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Good communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange

complicated or sensitive information.

• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and financial analysis.

Other Skills and HPO Competencies

Microsoft Office with strong Excel and Power Point skills.
