Job Summary
Deephealth is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is ready to build. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We want a strategic operator with a builder’s mindset who sees recruiting as a function ripe for reinvention. You’ll own hiring strategy and execution across the company for our North American and European Markets, you’ll have the runway to rethink how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people owning the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and employer branding to offer management.
We want a Talent Acquisition Partner who gets energy from solving hard problems, who is excited by what AI can unlock for a modern recruiting organization, and who is just as comfortable architecting strategy with the executive team as they are running a search for a critical hire. You’ll need to balance reinvention of how we work with keeping the experience human where it matters most.
