Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher equipmentto clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standardsin compliance with health guidelines
• Organize and store clean dishesand kitchen equipment
• Monitor dish machine performance, including detergent levels and functionality
• Remove trash andmaintaina clean work area
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staffas needed

Qualifications

• No prior experiencerequired(entry-level candidates welcome)
• Ability to work in afast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 40lbs
• Willingness to workevenings, weekends, and holidays
