
Electrician - 5th Shift (Fri-Mon)
Job Description
as an Journeyman Electrician here at Honeywell, perform installation, replacement, repair and troubleshooting maintenance of electric circuitry associated with production and facility equipment.
THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 5TH SHIFT:
MONDAY & FRIDAY – 10:00AM – 6:00PM and SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:00AM – 10:00PM
Key Duties
- Hook up power, lighting and temperature controls (switch, lights, relays, etc.).
- Determine appropriate components, wire size, protective covering and wiring layout.
- Diagnose problems quickly to identify the causes of problems and determine effective courses of action to avoid extended periods of equipment downtime.
- Report serious trouble to Supervisor in a timely manner to expedite additional resources as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a Minnesota Journeyman’s License.
- Must understand Ohms Law, read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
- Ability to work with advanced mathematics, all types of circuit drawings and test equipment.
- Training and/or experience working with the following: Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, Automation Controls, and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)

The hourly base salary range for this position is $45.76 /hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
