Electrician - 5th Shift (Fri-Mon)

as an Journeyman Electrician here at Honeywell, perform installation, replacement, repair and troubleshooting maintenance of electric circuitry associated with production and facility equipment.

THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 5^TH SHIFT: 

MONDAY & FRIDAY – 10:00AM – 6:00PM and SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10:00AM – 10:00PM 

Key Duties

• Hook up power, lighting and temperature controls (switch, lights, relays, etc.).
• Determine appropriate components, wire size, protective covering and wiring layout.
• Diagnose problems quickly to identify the causes of problems and determine effective courses of action to avoid extended periods of equipment downtime. 
• Report serious trouble to Supervisor in a timely manner to expedite additional resources as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Minnesota Journeyman’s License.
•  Must understand Ohms Law, read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
• Ability to work with advanced mathematics, all types of circuit drawings and test equipment.
•  Training and/or experience working with the following: Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Frequency Drives, Automation Controls, and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)

The hourly base salary range for this position is $45.76 /hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
