Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join us at Telia Company.
I’m Kęstutis Černiauskas, Head of Identity Architecture & PAM Solutions, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us in Privileged Access Management team. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on Privileged Access control, Identity federation, Multifactor authentication (MFA), as well as secret management technologies, which help Telia employees to execute their daily activities in simple and secure ways.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services and systems, ensuring they meet business needs, service level commitments, and operational excellence standards.
- Develop and maintain IT service management processes, governance frameworks, service catalogs, and service improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create and drive service performance monitoring, reporting, capacity planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
- Consult with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership on service requirements, priorities, service levels, and best practices for IT service delivery.
- Manage service operations, incident and problem management processes, supplier performance, and service continuity to ensure reliable and secure IT services.
What will help you thrive in this role:
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing operational excellence with business priorities.
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, Service Delivery Management, or a similar role within a complex IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices, service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management), and IT governance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive service improvements, analyze service performance metrics, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English
- ITIL certification and experience working with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) would be considered as an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – 4500-5400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
