Job Description
Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville. This clinic is a multispecialty clinic serving the South Metro, adjacent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital.
Practice Details:
- 9 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Call Frequency: 1:22
- Openings: 1.0 FTE or less - Flexible schedule.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
