Overview About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager – Performance Media. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across platforms to drive measurable business outcomes for leading brands. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, and other digital channels Drive campaign optimization across KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth Develop audience targeting, retargeting, bidding, and budget allocation strategies to maximize campaign performance Monitor campaign pacing, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure smooth execution across platforms Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and performance recommendations Prepare and present campaign reports, dashboards, and client reviews Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, analytics, creative, and activation for integrated campaign delivery Manage client communication and provide strategic recommendations to improve business outcomes Mentor and guide junior team members within the performance team Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital performance solutions Additional information Eligibility Criteria 4–7 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Performance Media Prior experience in media agencies or digital-first environments preferred Required Skills Hands-on expertise in: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager DV360 / Programmatic platforms LinkedIn Ads and other performance channels Strong understanding of: Campaign optimization Conversion tracking & attribution Audience segmentation & retargeting Bid strategies and budget management Strong analytical and reporting skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards/tools Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities
