Lead a team, driving a culture of accountability, managing performance, and ensuring standards of service delivery including the development and updating of relevant SOPs related to the deployment of Cubic equipment.Lead a safety-first culture when planning, establishing/building exercise support facilities, including the redeployment of these assets throughout the Exercise season.
Manage and maintain awareness of all Camp Cubic equipment functionality/accountability, including electrical and plumbing requirements associated with the maintenance of deployed facilities.
Engage with third party contractors on behalf of Cubic to facilitate positive support outcomes.
Ensure team members have established and agreed goals, are understanding of appropriate JDs and are counselled regularly on performance.
Job Details:
Develop the planning, coordination, setup and conduct of Cubic Camp assets during deployed activities across Australia.
Supervise the raising of inspection reports and adherence to maintenance procedures
Prepare all required equipment for deployment/re-deployment, ensuring equipment readiness through sound maintenance and governance management.
Comply with all risk management plans and safety procedures for all training activities and exercises
Support ISB/RISB and Battery Refresh activities during field deployment activities.
Leads, assists and participates in the support to military exercises in accordance with contractual responsibilities. Be prepared to eat and live in the field for the duration of these activities / exercises
