Assembler II - Final Assembly

Introduction: Responsible for final circuit board preparation and coating process. Key Responsibilities: Include the following/ Other duties may be assigned.- perform final assembly requirements on customer products- install various types of hardware, adhesives and other items per manufacturing instructions- follow requirements for Set up, 1st piece inspection and in-process audits- demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials- prep/unprep basic components from steps in manufacturing instructions- identify different types of RTV’s/conformal coatings and mark storage containers properly- review shelf life and pot life requirements of adhesives and conformal coatings prior to usage- operate and verify torque of torque wrenches...
