Job Description
Team Introduction The team is responsible for testing and evaluating global content security systems from an attacker's perspective, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and providing improvement recommendations, ensuring content safety across cultural and linguistic contexts.
Responsibilities
- Content Security Penetration Testing: Design and execute global content security test plans, simulating various types of violative content distribution, including coordinated abuse, fraud schemes, and illicit ecosystem activity.; develop automated testing tools and scripts to improve testing efficiency in multilingual scenarios; develop testing strategies for region-specific content security challenges.
- Vulnerability Discovery and Analysis: Identify potential vulnerabilities and bypass methods in multilingual content moderation systems; analyze characteristics and distribution patterns of emerging violative content in international contexts; research region-specific content security risks and threat patterns.
- Strategy Assessment and Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing global content security policies; provide detailed test reports and cross-regional improvement suggestions; ensure security policies comply with regional legal requirements.
- Implementation and Impact Tracking: Drive the implementation of global security improvement recommendations; monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented improvements across regions; take ownership of global business security metrics; conduct regular cross-regional performance evaluations and metric reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in product management specialising in cybersecurity, platform security or red teaming
- Experience with adversarial threat modeling, abuse vectors, and red team methodologies, particularly in large-scale, consumer-facing or platform environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with content moderation systems, abuse prevention, fraud, or platform integrity, including multilingual or international use cases.
- Proven ability to translate complex security findings and illicit activity risk into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and owning security or risk-related metrics, evaluating impact, and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, security testing frameworks, or automation tools (e.g., scripting, test harnesses, fuzzing, or similar).
- Background in security engineering, incident response, or offensive security roles prior to moving into product management.
- Experience operating in global, multi-region platforms, especially in environments with high scale, rapid iteration, and evolving threat landscapes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven moderation or detection systems and their failure modes under adversarial pressure.
- Security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP)
