We are looking for a motivated and extrovert Student Assistant to join our Commercial Excellence department and our global Customer Experience team, here in Headquarters, Hedehusene.

Your responsibilities are these tasks:

  • Organize, modify and update existing content on our Group website
  • Assist in building campaign landing pages and establish best practices for how to set up campaign content on our websites
  • Supporting editors with updating existing content and collaborate with them to organize and create new pages and websites
  • Assisting the Product Owner (PO) in communicating with our developers regarding website management and further development, as well as supporting the UX designer with tasks related to user research and design documentation
  • Monitor site analytics, analyzing website traffic and search results and plan improvements based on performance
  • Conducting keyword research, exploring trends and generating new content ideas to improve our organic visibility
  • Gather requirements and inputs from the business and use these to create user stories and tickets in the backlog for the PO to review
  • Improve training materials and documentation for our Content Management Solution (CMS) platform
  • Provide technical assistance to team members using CMS Optimizely and Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionalities within CMS
  • Assist our communication peers in our international markets with editorial questions related to our web platform

You are curious, enjoy collaborating and communicating with many different people, and an energetic student that is ready to take responsibility and execute diverse tasks.

We imagine that you:

  • Are soon finishing your bachelor's degree or are in the initial stages of a master's degree within digital marketing, web management or similar
  • Are eager to learn about web management and content, hands-on and from our team
  • Are an excellent communicator and have a knack for creating engaging digital content
  • Understanding digital journeys and can apply experiences from the user's perspective into our projects and outcome
  • Are familiar with digital platforms, such as EPiServer/Optimizely CMS and Google Analytics
  • Are proficient in MS Office
  • Professional in written and spoken English

We know that you might not meet all the things on this list, but you might bring skills and experience that we haven’t even included here and are willing to learn.

 

Your future team

As part of the Customer Experience Team in the Commercial Excellence department, you'll join a positive and dynamic team dedicated to creating superior customer experiences and digital solutions that supports sales in building highly engaged customer relationships. The team consists of 6 team members and is responsible for several of ROCKWOOL’s key global customer-facing platforms, hereunder PIM, web/CMS and LMS.

The position requires 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.

We will accommodate the working hours to fit your studies, and vice versa we need some flexibility from you to be able to meet deadlines and meetings with colleagues in various times zones.

Compensation & Benefits: 
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour 
Master students: 175 DKK/hour 
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
