First California Physician Partners invites you to join a growing, physician-led OB/GYN team embedded within one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. You'll practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a resource-rich environment built to support both you and your patients at the highest level. Position Highlights- Full-time, employed position with full-scope OB/GYN practice
- Robotic surgery capabilities with 2 dedicated operating rooms
- Average daily patient census of 20–25 patients
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- 25 labor and delivery rooms; Level III NICU on-site
- On-site Laborist team, neonatologists, hospitalist pediatricians, and MFM
- In-office ultrasound available
- Clinic located in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center — the region's only Level I trauma center
- Competitive salary range of $310,000–$450,000, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity
