Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in risk engineering consulting?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Property Risk Consulting team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Milan for a hybrid role.

We will count on you to:
As a Risk Consultant in the Property team, you will support clients in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the risks that threaten their production, logistics, and commercial facilities, by visiting sites and gaining direct exposure to plants and technologies. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills with the goal of reducing the likelihood that fires, catastrophic natural events, explosions, and machinery breakdowns cause property damage and disrupt critical operations.
More specifically, you will have the opportunity to carry out the following activities:
On-site property risk assessments: you will assess risks related to fire, explosion, theft, catastrophic natural events, and more.
Support for property-related insurance and risk transfer activities.
Loss prevention activities: you will support clients by proposing practical solutions to mitigate risks, defining loss prevention plans in line with international standards and local regulations.
Engineering activities on fire protection topics: you will analyze and review fire protection projects, sprinkler systems, technical specifications, hydraulic calculations, and more.
Business Interruption risk analysis: you will assess the potential economic and operational impacts arising from critical events or asset loss, helping clients prepare in advance.
Special projects: you will work on advanced analysis projects related to extreme natural events, machinery breakdown analysis, and more.
What you need to have:
University Master Degree in Engineering
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel for short business trips in Italy
Valid Driving Licence (B)

What we offer:
Tailored career progression: The programme starts with a 6-month internship (monthly compensation: €800) and €8 meal vouchers per working day, smart working policy and well-being initiatives. At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors' evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €28.000. The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is 'Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi’.
