Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound sales calls from customers seeking a storage solution

  • Provide support and recommendation to ensure we find the proper storage unit for the customer

  • Process rental agreements and manage reservation bookings accurately and efficiently

  • Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction

  • Consistently achieve Sales goals

  • Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback promptly

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional customer success experience, preferably in a Sales environment

  • Contact Center or Phone Sales experience strongly preferred

  • Proficient in English, B2 or C1 level

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong ability to navigate through multiple computer applications while speaking to customers

  • Strict adherence to Sales process and script
