Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience for occupiers, visitors and stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for occupier and guest enquiries, ensuring a professional, responsive and solution-focused approach.
- Support the Building Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the property.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and high service standards.
- Assist in the supervision and management of contractors and service partners, ensuring compliance with site procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with occupiers regarding building activities, works, events and service updates.
- Support the management of occupier requests, ensuring issues are tracked, escalated where necessary and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with purchase order processing, invoice administration and general property management tasks.
- Support compliance, risk management and business continuity activities to ensure the building remains safe and legally compliant.
- Conduct or assist with regular property inspections and maintain accurate records where required.
- Assist with sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives across the building.
- Support occupier engagement activities, events and community initiatives to enhance the workplace experience.
- Build strong working relationships with occupiers, contractors, suppliers and colleagues to promote service excellence and continuous improvement.
Education & Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer-facing supervisory role within hospitality, workplace experience, facilities management, property management or a similar environment.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience working within a commercial property or facilities management environment.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and electronic logbooks.
- Understanding of building compliance and health and safety requirements.
- IOSH Health & Safety qualification or equivalent.
