Job Description
- Execute the sales activation strategy for data and measurement solutions across the CE, CEE, and EEM market clusters, partnering with in country and hub teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Hub team of frontline managers and executive specialists, fostering a culture of sales excellence, AI first ways of working and data and measurement expertise.
- Serve as a partner to executive-level customers, advising on specialized data and measurement product insights, capabilities and Google best practices that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Country Managers, Product, and Go to Market teams to develop business plans that directly contribute to Google's incremental revenue goals.
- Drive AI transformation across the Hub team through the active use of AI-powered sales tooling to enhance productivity and commercial impact.
