Youth Trafficking Case Manager

Child + Family Services is seeking an energetic and empathic individual that wants to make a direct and positive impact on the lives of youth at risk of or experiencing trafficking. The Case Manager works with the team to facilitate a consistent continuum of care for the youth being served in the program based on individual needs assessment and with a victim-centered and survivor-led approach.
