#PoweredByPossibility   We are hiring a:  Project Manager, Digital Transformation Lędziny, Poland (Onsite) About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager, Digital Transformation to help accelerate Artificial Intelligence adoption and digital transformation initiatives across Watlow Europe. This is an individual contributor role focused on coordinating cross-functional programs, supporting change management activities, and helping business teams realize value from AI technologies. While the role collaborates regularly with global stakeholders, the primary focus and stakeholder network are based within Europe. Watlow has already established key AI platforms and governance frameworks. In this role, you will focus on accelerating adoption, scaling successful use cases, building AI capabilities, and helping teams realize measurable business value from AI technologies. You will not be expected to build AI solutions yourself. Instead, your role will be to coordinate initiatives, support adoption, connect stakeholders, and help teams successfully integrate AI into their daily work. You will play a key role in shaping how AI is integrated into everyday work across Europe while ensuring that AI solutions are used responsibly, securely, and in line with Watlow's AI policies and governance standards. What You’ll Do Strategy Execution & Roadmap Own and maintain the European AI roadmap, ensuring clear priorities, milestones, and alignment with business objectives. Translate strategic objectives into annual and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) focused on AI adoption, efficiency improvements, value creation, and responsible AI usage. Support European leadership in identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business impact. Program & Portfolio Coordination Coordinate and support a portfolio of AI initiatives across major European business functions, including R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Sourcing, and Applications. Work with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, and track AI opportunities. Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes across the portfolio. Adoption, Culture & AI Academy Coordinate the European AI Academy, to support the delivery of role-based learning programs, training initiatives, and certification pathways that build AI capabilities across the organization. Facilitate and support a European AI Champions Network, enabling collaboration, knowledge sharing, local engagement activities, and the exchange of best practices to encourage AI adoption across regions and functions. Platforms, Data & Use Cases Collaborate with Global IT to support a consistent and effective AI platform landscape, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, and other approved solutions. Encourage the integration of AI into everyday work processes and specialist business applications. Coordinate with Databricks, Oracle, and other technology teams to help ensure that key data domains and workflows are prepared for AI-enabled analytics, automation, and future AI applications. Measurement & Reporting Define and maintain a concise set of AI performance indicators across Europe, including: Adoption and utilization of AI tools Business value delivered through AI initiatives Productivity improvements and efficiency gains Risk and governance metrics Provide regular executive-level updates to the President Europe, European Leadership Team, and other stakeholders on progress, achievements, risks, and recommendations.   What You’ll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related field. Experience in project management, digital transformation, AI adoption, analytics, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business process improvement, or related disciplines within an international business environment. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions. Working knowledge of AI concepts and applications (e.g. large language models, copilots, predictive analytics, agents) and the ability to translate business needs into practical AI opportunities. Familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, ERP, and CRM systems. Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, risk management, KPI development, and execution. Experience working across international teams; experience supporting global workstreams would be an advantage. Nice to Have Exposure to AI, digital transformation, automation, analytics, or technology adoption initiatives. Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-driven environment. Knowledge of change management methodologies and user adoption strategies.   Important Note: This role does not require hands-on AI development, programming, machine learning, or data science expertise. Success will come from strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, change management, and the ability to connect business opportunities with AI capabilities.
