Business Analytics & Reporting Intern (Boston HQ)

WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our Business Analytics & Reporting team at our Boston Corporate Office. This team plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with business data, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives while learning how data is transformed into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following hybrid schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM EST being onsite four times per week. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day reporting and analytics activities. Assist in maintaining and organizing reporting assets (dashboards, data sets, documentation). Collaborate with team members on ongoing analytics projects. Help identify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities within datasets. Contribute to documentation and standardization efforts across reporting processes. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field. Prior coursework or internship experience in data or analytics preferred. Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office. Exposure to reporting or data tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
