Overview The IAT Manager drives integrated planning by coordinating cross-agency inputs, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver cohesive, client-ready communication strategies. The role focuses on streamlining workflows, maintaining planning frameworks, and enabling efficient collaboration across stakeholders. It also supports execution by tracking progress, consolidating insights, and continuously improving processes and outputs. Responsibilities Support the IAT Strategy Director in developing integrated communications plans, strategic outputs, and client-ready materials Coordinate inputs across partner agencies, ensuring feedback, deliverables, and approvals are captured and organized Manage timelines, workback schedules, status documents, meeting agendas, recaps, and action logs across planning initiatives Maintain IAT materials, frameworks, toolkits, templates, and planning documents to ensure teams are working from current information Support the preparation of workshops, ideation sessions, client meetings, and internal alignment forums Help consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable summaries for the Director and broader IAT team Support the deployment and adoption of planning tools, frameworks, and processes within the Canadian market Partner with media, strategy, data, and partner agencies to gather inputs required for communications plans and measurement discussions Track progress against deliverables, flag risks or dependencies, and escalate issues to the Director as needed Contribute to the documentation of learnings, best practices, and process improvements Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across IAT outputs and communications Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in communications, media, brand strategy, account management, project management, or integrated planning Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing timelines, workback schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups Experience coordinating cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives Exposure to strategic planning, campaign development, or integrated communications planning Strong written communication and presentation development skills, including PowerPoint/deck development Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Comfortable working across agencies, internal teams, and client stakeholders Familiarity with integrated marketing and media channels, including digital, social, influencer, and traditional media Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related discipline preferred. Skills Strong organizational, account management and project management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal Ability to distill complex information into structured, easy-to-understand outputs Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Curiosity and eagerness to learn across media, strategy, and integrated planning Strong Excel and PowerPoint and presentation development skills Additional information Salary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
