Scope: Revenue Accounting · Provider Commissions · Order-to-Cash · Integrations · Automation
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional accounting role.
As Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Integrations, you will lead the revenue accounting function inside a rapidly scaling, private-equity-backed healthcare platform. You will own the full revenue cycle—from provider commissions and labor cost accounting to order-to-cash reconciliation—while driving automation, building scalable processes, and ensuring ASC 606 compliance across a growing multi-site portfolio.

To set a new standard in aesthetics by forging an elite, intellectual, and innovative network of visionary founders, fueled by infinite ambition to reach new heights.
Our Values
Driven to Discover · Relentless for Results · Strength in Humility · Win as One
The Role
You will be the senior accounting leader responsible for revenue recognition, provider compensation accounting, labor cost accounting, and order-to-cash operations. You will ensure the integrity of revenue reporting, drive compliance with ASC 606, and serve as a critical partner across M&A integrations—standing up accounting processes for every new acquisition and ensuring compliance requirements are embedded from day one.
This is a builder’s role: designing automated workflows, implementing scalable reconciliation frameworks, leading ERP/CRM system implementations, and elevating financial rigor across the organization. You will lead a high-performing team with significant autonomy while partnering closely with leadership across the business.

Lead accounting integration efforts for newly acquired practices, standing up revenue accounting processes and controls from close through stabilization.
-
Assist with deal diligence by evaluating revenue recognition practices, commission structures, and cash handling procedures of target acquisitions.
-
Partner on ERP/CRM implementations and system migrations, ensuring accounting and compliance requirements are built into system design from the outset.
Automation & Process Improvement
-
Champion automation across the revenue accounting function—identifying and implementing technology solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve accuracy.
-
Continuously improve reconciliation workflows, reporting cadences, and close processes to build for scale.
-
Work with large data sets to develop automated reporting and analytics that drive operational visibility.
