Job Description

1. Marketing Data Centralization

- Collect, consolidate, and manage marketing data from multiple sources (Google, Meta, TikTok, Line OA, etc.).

- Develop and maintain a centralized data system/dashboard for tracking KPIs.

2. Ad Performance Analysis

- Monitor, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

- Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

- Support performance marketing team with testing hypotheses and scaling winning strategies.

3. Data Entry & Accuracy

- Ensure all marketing data is entered correctly and updated in a timely manner.

- Perform regular audits of marketing datasets to maintain data integrity.

4. Formula & Reporting Expertise

- Build advanced Excel/Google Sheets reports with formulas, pivot tables, and automated dashboards.

- Generate regular performance reports for management, highlighting insights and trends.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align reporting with business objectives.

- Support Marketing Communication, Content, and Event teams with data insights.

- Provide data to support budget planning, forecasting, and campaign evaluations.
