Role Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Inside Sales supports revenue growth within the electronics segment by managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle for assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer solutions. The position also serves as a development role, building product, market, and commercial knowledge in preparation for future progression into field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Manage assigned accounts, developing relationships and executing account plans to drive sales and profitability.
- Support the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up.
- Coordinate sales activities such as promotions, trade shows, and customer documentation in collaboration with field sales teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets while identifying market trends and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technical, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in sales, marketing, or technical support roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or related technical industries.
- Experience supporting inside sales or coordinating with outside sales teams.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret customer and market data.
- Demonstrated interest in progressing into a field or territory sales role.
