Role Purpose

Team Member-MFG-DS-Insulin-Upstream: Focuses on executing critical cell separation processes in insulin production. This role involves operating centrifuges and other separation equipment to isolate cells from the culture medium, ensuring high yield and purity. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting process parameters, maintaining equipment, and adhering to stringent safety and quality guidelines. Accurate documentation and effective communication with the team are essential for achieving optimal production outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards, Operator - Insulin Upstream is responsible for managing and executing upstream processes involved in insulin production. This role includes operating bioreactors, monitoring fermentation parameters, and ensuring the proper preparation of growth media. Key duties involve maintaining equipment, adhering to process protocols, and ensuring the culture environment supports optimal cell growth. Accurate record-keeping and compliance with quality and safety standards are crucial for achieving successful production outcomes and meeting regulatory requirements.
