Flexcraft is hiring a Production Manager to lead night shift operations in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity
• Serve as the technical expert in injection molding
• Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase throughput
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering
• Coach and develop a high-performing team

What You Bring

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Expertise in injection molding  
• Experience leading teams in high-volume environments
• Hands-on, results-driven leadership style
• Experience in a GMP and/or ISO 9001 environment preferred
