What you’ll do

Precision Drilling: Execute bore paths and operate drilling equipment safely to install telecommunications infrastructure.

Utility Safety: Verify existing utilities through potholing and advanced locating techniques to ensure a clear bore path.

System Management: Utilize and manage "Mud" mixing systems and drilling fluids effectively.

Project Oversight: Develop and maintain bore schedules while overseeing site set-up and meticulous post-job clean-up.

Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure peak operational safety and efficiency.

Adaptability: Work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle other duties as assigned to meet project goals.
What you’ll need
- Age/Legal: Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Licensing: * Valid State Driver’s License (non-provisional) with a clean driving record.
- Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (or the active willingness to obtain one).
- Expertise: Proven experience with drilling equipment, including a deep understanding of machine capabilities, limitations, and setup design.
Physical Abilities & Environment
- Routinely: Work in confined spaces/remote locations, operate heavy machinery, and lift/carry weights exceeding 55 lbs. Requires frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and working with arms above shoulder level.
- Occasionally: Use of ladders and standard office equipment (keyboard/mouse) for reporting.
