Your ‘day to day’
As a Commercial Organization Development Specialist, you will act as a key driver of capability and performance transformation across commercial teams. You will play a central role in enabling business performance by equipping teams with the right capabilities, fostering a coaching culture, and driving continuous development across markets.
Design and implement capability development strategies to build high-performing and agile commercial teams
Identify capability gaps and translate them into structured development plans, training calendars, and measurable KPIs
Own end-to-end learning processes including planning, budgeting, content development, execution, and continuous improvement
Adapt and localize global learning content to ensure relevance and strong impact in the local market
Provide on-the-job coaching to field teams and leverage real-time feedback to continuously enhance learning programs
Drive the implementation of digital and remote learning solutions and ensure strong integration with in-class and on-the-job development
Ensure compliance through structured training programs, proper documentation, and alignment with company policies
Support employee engagement and development initiatives, contributing to performance tracking and talent discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of capability initiatives
Track learning effectiveness and organizational development KPIs, providing insights and regular updates to leadership
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or a similarly dynamic environment
Experience or exposure to training, coaching, or organizational development is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify development needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across functions
Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong learning agility, curiosity, and drive for results
Fluency in English and local language
