Job Description
- Perform technical maintenance services and 2nd line support for our solutions;
- Diagnose, resolve, and/or escalate incidents, ensuring quick service restoration and compliance with agreed SLAs;
- Document actions taken and solutions applied in the service management platform in detail;
- Install, configure, and provide support for systems, platforms, and applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience with programming languages such as Java and .Net (support/dev);
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell);
- Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and T-SQL;
- Good knowledge of FrontEnd technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and SOAP/REST services;
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SimpleFlow, BPM (K2, Activiti), OpenText and/or other software will be a significant advantage
