Job Description

  • Perform technical maintenance services and 2nd line support for our solutions;
  • Diagnose, resolve, and/or escalate incidents, ensuring quick service restoration and compliance with agreed SLAs;
  • Document actions taken and solutions applied in the service management platform in detail;
  • Install, configure, and provide support for systems, platforms, and applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java and .Net (support/dev);
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell);
  • Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and T-SQL;
  • Good knowledge of FrontEnd technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and SOAP/REST services;
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

 Nice to have:

  • Experience with SimpleFlow, BPM (K2, Activiti), OpenText and/or other software will be a significant advantage
