Starting Rate of pay: $21.72/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: Continental Shift - 12-hours

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

Place Safety First.
Stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
Hooking of parts for painting.
Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting.
Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.

What will make you successful?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in manufacturing desired.
The ability to work any shift required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Must have ability to work at a fast pace; Be able to lift to 130 lbs. With a partner.
Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification required (or the ability to attain this
certification through Hydro training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy)
