EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for an experienced EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager to lead fast paced, high volume manufacturing hiring across multiple plants and countries. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can run a hiring engine at scale—building predictable delivery against demand while partnering closely with Plant Leadership, HR, and Operations. This role is not for “generalist recruitment leaders.” You must be fluent in manufacturing operating rhythms and able to translate SIOP / demand forecasts into clear recruiting capacity and execution plans.
