Manufacturing Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Manage and direct the flow of work, material and personnel, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, on a daily basis, to assist the company in the attainment of their established goals for quality, productivity and timely delivery    
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improve the process in the manufacturing operation
  Support and maintain safe work environment and practices in compliance with established safety rules and practices
• Responsible for the production management and operation of the department, arranging production operations, following up the production schedule, and ensuring that the plan is completed on time and in quality
• Leads and promotes continuous improvement of the production site of the department, and promotes the continuous improvement of employee productivity;
• Responsible for the training, assessment, transfer, reward and punishment management of employees
  Employee participation and recognition implementation, actively encourage employees to feedback and propose some suggestions for improvement, and actively use incentives such as E-star
  Departmental cost control and savings
• Keeping working area clean and orderly, promote good work place through the introduction of 5S+
• Responsible for contact, coordination, cooperation with each department, and complete other tasks from boss  

Qualifications:

• College degree or above
• More than 5 years experience
• Familiar with the production process of large enterprises, familiar with electronic products, UPS production process
• Skilled in using office software
