This is a key customer-facing role at branches, responsible for general banking product sales including retail account opening, self-served and online banking cross-selling & penetration, in-branch traffic management & general enquiries, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction. The role involves providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the customer’s banking journey.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist customers for account opening, including both deposit and investment account, as well as to complete the sign-up of all onboarding necessities.
Educate and cross-sell customers on ATM services, as well as OCBC’s online banking (including internet and mobile banking) to increase the digital adoption & usage by customers.
Meet-and-greet customers in the bank hall and triage in-branch customer traffic
Handle customer’s general enquiries and non-financial transactions such as password reset, change of credential information etc.
Provide digital support to customers and may engage to digital workshop to share and promoting our Bank’s online banking and digital services
Requirements
Diploma holder or equivalent
RI licenses required. TR license preferred
At least 1-year solid experience on branch banking services preferably in banking field)
Preferably to have relevant experience or customer service experiences
Good command of MS Office and computer skills
Good in Chinese, English and Mandarin
Customer-oriented, proactive with good interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationship
Pleasant, presentable and excellent customer experience
Sound knowledge on using online banking services
Cooperative with colleagues in building up team spirit
