Responsibilities
Attend all training sessions and follow safety policies and procedures
Sort, scan, and route packages accurately using handheld scanning devices
Place packages onto designated carts, racks, and route staging areas
Ensure accurate processing of merchandise and packages
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately
Support continuous improvement initiatives through problem solving and teamwork
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and with others
Comply with all facility policies, including dress code requirements
Qualifications
Experience working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment preferred
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
Basic math and organizational skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to operate a computer or handheld device (training provided)
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts

Temperature-controlled facility
Fast-paced sortation center environment

Work with small packages and polybags moving through conveyor systems
Regular standing, walking, lifting, and package handling throughout the shift
