Program Summary

KBR leads the global government‑services contingency market by providing responsive, full‑service logistics support to forces deployed worldwide under the Army & Strategic Programs. Under APS‑2, KBR supports the Army Prepositioned Stocks program by delivering maintenance, readiness, and logistics solutions that enable the rapid deployment of combat‑ready equipment and materiel across Europe in support of U.S. Army missions. Job Summary

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will develop, implement, and administer HR programs, policies, processes, and procedures globally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Disseminate HR policies and procedures through employee memos, communications, and meetings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation, referring employees to the appropriate party administrator.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Develop and update reports in MS Word and Excel.
  • Track, process, analyze, and present data related to HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other team members on larger projects.
  • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and develop more advanced skills over time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany or be able to obtain required work authorization; any offer of employment is contingent upon successful application for, receipt of, and continued compliance with German immigration and work visa requirements.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Requires knowledge of visa and travel procedures.
  • Must have proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Requires computer proficiency including intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work successfully with various levels of employees and management as an HRBP.
  • Must be self-directed with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Familiarity with KBR HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Additional relevant certifications or coursework in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices.
  • Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous exposure to diverse HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
