
Senior Contracts Manager, Amazon Industrial Robotics
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to manage a portfolio of advanced robotic products from concept through scaled deployment. This role combines technical expertise with strategic supply chain management to drive innovation in Amazon's robotics automation initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of creating new robotic solutions that redefine industrial automation. By bridging technical expertise with strategic supply chain management, you'll help develop adaptable robotic systems that seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI and mechanical design.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive supply chain strategies for advanced robotic product portfolios
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches that balance technical capabilities and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment
- Create and manage risk mitigation strategies for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems
- Optimize supplier relationships to accelerate product innovation and performance

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
- Experience working with a cross functional team
- 7+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing
- Proven experience in supplier/supply chain management
- Strong background in robotics automation and new product introduction
- Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience in robotics, semiconductors, or similar industries
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Global supply chain management expertise

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
