Clinic RN - CHC Primary Care Clinic - FT DAYS

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for assuring competent, compassionate, individualized, nursing care for specific patients and their families in the ambulatory care setting. Plan, administer and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients with diverse health issues. Collaborate with practice leadership, members of the patient care team, and the patient to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works under the supervision of the practice leadership team including the clinic physician(s), clinic supervisor, and the Director of Sky Lakes Physician Services.
