Cloud Services Manager

McLeod Software is seeking a Cloud Services Manager to lead our Cloud Services team and ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of our customer environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise with team leadership to deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll oversee a team of Cloud Services Technicians and Systems Administrators, act as a key escalation point for complex issues, and play a critical role in optimizing our cloud infrastructure and operations.
