This role is created to support the Forward2030 strategy. As the Key Account Manager – HAL, the position is responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving the growth of the Thailand logo within the assigned vertical, with a particular focus on the Japanese and Chinese customer segments. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Japanese and/or Chinese. The role serves as a single point of contact for customers regarding their operational needs and service requirements.

 

 

 

  • Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned vertical through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
  • Develop an understanding of the vertical supply chain needs / requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help refine service offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with targeted customers / decision makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team, i.e. products, pricing and customer service to ensure a seamless solution proposal.
  • Lead / conduct monthly business review, quarterly business review to understand if any service issues and effectively drive service improvement.
  • Update all sales activities in CRM/HISA in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Book of Business is up to date.
  • Maintain an active and quality sales pipeline aligned with annual sales target.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings as needed.
  • Support local Sales to close businesses as IV expertise whenever needed.
  • Regular review of business development with superiors.
  • Achieve sales targets and the required KPIs.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by your supervisor / manager

  • Languages: Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
