E-commerce Assistant, Drunk Elephant (6-Month Contract, Korean only)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. E-commerce Management & Marketing Execution

• Oversee and manage overall operations across e-commerce channels
• Plan and execute monthly promotional activities for each e-commerce channel
• Develop and publish promotional campaign pages in alignment with brand strategy

1. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination

• Communicate regularly with channel MDs and logistics teams
• Align on promotional plans, inventory, and operational requirements
• Coordinate with the SCM team on stock tracking and availability

1. Inventory & logistics Management

• Manage inventory for promotional products and POSM
• Oversee stock allocation and transfers to online warehouses
• Monitor monthly inventory levels in collaboration with SCM

1. Financial & Performance Management

• Manage monthly operational expenses (e.g., design agency retainers, logistics costs)
• Maintain and update monthly sales and expense tracking
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance commentary

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good at English (both written and spoken)
