We are looking for an Associate Professional, Inside Sales to support our Singapore (SG) market, delivering exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end Inside Sales activities—from quoting and order processing to customer engagement and post‑sales support. You’ll work closely with resellers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, strong relationships, and consistent service excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for IT Inside Sales or Account Management professionals who enjoy consultative selling, customer interaction, and working in a fast‑paced global environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage IT sales operations for the SG market, supporting reseller and customer accounts
Sell and renew IT products and services via phone and email
Execute complete sales cycles: quoting, order processing, order tracking, and post‑sales follow‑ups
Prospect and qualify new customers and leads
Promote vendor programs and campaigns to drive revenue growth
Provide ETA and order updates and address customer inquiries
Partner with internal teams and channel partners to ensure accurate, timely execution
Maintain strong product, vendor, and industry knowledge
What We’re Looking For
2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative in IT Sales
Proven experience in Account Management (prospecting, profiling, upselling)
Strong customer service orientation, preferably from IT distribution industry
Bachelor’s degree in any field; Undergraduates are also welcome but should have 3 years functional experience
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
Willing to work dayshift (SG time zone)
Open to a hybrid setup: 10 onsite days per month (2 consecutive weeks)
