Job Description

What you will be doing

 

  • Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with care and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel procedures
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow all safety, security, and brand standards

 

 Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred
