Job Description
DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for Operations Department - Reporting Analyst internship at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

- 6 month full-time internship, with expense reimbursement of € 800 gross and ticket restaurant of € 8.00 (€ 7.00 in smart - working)
- Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Milan Lambrate and Segrate stations).
WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
- Supporting the monitoring of operational performance and providing detailed analysis on various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as delivery times, service levels, and processes.
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring periodic reports for the Operations team and company management.
- Support the team in managing and updating the platforms in use.
- Support in the preparation/publication of communications aimed at supporting the daily activities of Operations and other Company functions.
YOUR PROFILE
With a strong interest in exploring the world of Communication & Reporting, planning and organizational skills, an analytical mindset and passion for data, and a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and English (intermediate B2).
Experience and skills
