Job Description

• To perform transaction processing activities in relation to liability booking while ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
• Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group’s policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
• Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Commerce Graduate

Years of Experience
• 2+ years of Accounts Payables relevant experience
